Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC seeks a New Home Design-Sales Representative in New Bern, NC to lead a growing homebuilding business. The role requires proven sales experience in new home construction or related industries and a strong business development background.

Transition candidates from construction management or superintendent roles are welcome. The position emphasizes objection handling, prospecting, mortgage guidance, and closing, with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction and guiding buyers

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of sales typically gained through construction sales or related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of solid inside-outside sales experience, preferably in new construction home sales.
• Exposure to construction field-operations environment (as a Superintendent, Field Engineer, Construction Manager, etc) is highly desirable.
• Strong prospecting, sales and closing skills; well-developed verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, PC, and team skills.
• Real estate license is not required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections to the sale using established objection handling processes.
• Create appropriate urgency to buy.
• Register 100% of prospects with complete demographics and follow up regularly with prospective buyers.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction by setting proper expectations at purchase agreement.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, and building process to successful closing.
• Provide coaching and support for others on the sales team.
