Transition experiences from supervision roles are welcome. Responsibilities include overcoming objections, guiding buyers through mortgage and construction steps, and coaching the sales team.

Formación

• Experience in new home construction sales.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Business/Marketing.
• Construction field-operations exposure preferred.
• 2+ years inside-outside sales experience.

Responsabilidades

• Overcome objections to the sale using standard processes.
• Register prospects with complete information and follow up.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot, finishes, and building process to closing.
• Provide coaching and support to sales team.
• Use effective sales processes to build rapport and identify buyer needs.
• Differentiate homes by presenting the building process and value.
• Qualify buyers financially for financing programs.
