Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of inside-outside sales experience, familiarity with mortgage processes, and the ability to guide buyers through financing, lot selection, and new home finishes to close deals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sales typically gained through construction sales.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 2+ years of solid inside-outside sales experience, preferably in new construction home sales.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections to the sale using established processes.
• Create urgency to drive purchases.
• Register prospects with complete demographic info and follow up.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, finishes, and construction process to closing.
• Provide coaching and support to others on the sales team.
• Utilize sales processes to build rapport and uncover buyer needs.
• Differentiate homes by explaining the building process and value.
• Qualify buyers financially with knowledge of financing programs.
