Transition opportunities exist for former construction managers or superintendents moving into sales. The ideal candidate will own the sales process from prospecting to closing, collaborate with mortgage financiers, and deliver premium

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sales typically gained through construction sales or related industries.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Exposure to construction field-operations environment is a plus.
• 2+ years of inside-outside sales experience, preferably in new home sales.
• Familiar with sales fundamentals: prospecting, selling, and closing.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections and create urgency to buy.
• Register prospects with complete demographic information and follow up consistently.
• Aim for high levels of customer satisfaction by setting clear expectations at purchase.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, home finishes, and construction process to closing.
• Provide coaching and support for the sales team to share best practices.
