The role emphasizes guiding buyers through financing, lot selection, finishes, and construction processes to successful closings, with opportunities for high earnings and solid benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associates in Business/Marketing preferred.
• 2+ years of inside-outside sales experience, preferably in new construction.
• Exposure to construction field-operations (Superintendent, Field Engineer, Construction Manager) is desirable.
• Knowledge of sales fundamentals: prospecting, selling, and closing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections and use our objection handling processes.
• Create urgency to buy and register 100% prospects with complete information.
• Guide buyers through mortgage processes, lot purchases, finishes selections, and the building process to closing.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to the sales team with knowledge sharing.
• Differentiate homes by presenting our building process and value to buyers.
• Qualify buyers financially for conventional, FHA, VA programs and tax benefits.
