Job summary

Acloché LLC in New Bern, NC seeks a qualified New Home Design-Sales Representative to lead growth in a growing homebuilding business. The role leverages a proven track record in new home construction sales and a strong business development background.

The position can transition from construction management roles and offers high earning potential, strong benefits, and a collaborative sales team. Bachelor's or Associates degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sales typically gained through construction sales.
• Bachelors or Associates in Business/Marketing preferred.
• Exposure to construction field-operations environment is highly desirable.
• 2+ years of solid inside-outside sales experience, preferably in new construction home sales.
• Familiar with sales fundamentals: prospecting, selling, closing.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation and PC skills.
• Real estate license is not required.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections to the sale using objection handling processes.
• Create urgency to buy.
• Register prospects with complete demographic information and follow up regularly.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction by setting expectations at purchase.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, design selections, and building process to closing.
• Provide coaching and support for others on the sales team.
• Use proven sales processes to build rapport and identify buyer needs and timing.
• Differentiate homes by presenting our building process and value to buyers.
• Financially qualify buyers through finance programs (conventional, FHA, VA) and tax benefits.
