The ideal candidate has 2+ years in inside/outside sales in construction-related fields, a Bachelor's or Associate degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Requires knowledge of sales typically gained through construction sales.
• Bachelor's Degree or Associate in Business, Marketing, etc.
• Exposure to construction field-operations (as Superintendent/PM) preferred.
• 2+ years of inside-outside sales experience (new construction sales preferred).
• Familiar with prospecting, sales, and closing techniques.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, and PC skills.
• Real estate license not required or preferred.

• Overcome objections to the sale using objection handling processes.
• Create urgency to buy.
• Register prospects with complete demographic information and follow up with buyers.
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by setting expectations at purchase.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, finishes selections, and building process to closing.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support for sales team.
