Schumacher Homes in Asheville/Arden, NC is seeking a New Home Consultant for a full-time sales role that guides customers through designing their dream home on your lot. You will drive conversions, manage client expectations, and collaborate with teams to deliver a premium customer experience.

The ideal candidate brings a dynamic personality, a passion for sales, and experience in home sales or CRM systems; weekend hours include Saturday and one late night per week.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required; new home sales preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with a CRM.
• Must have a dynamic personality and desire to earn unlimited income.
• Requires Saturday work and one late night per week.
