Job summary

Stryker's Neurosurgical team is seeking a Sales Representative to drive field-based sales, supporting neurosurgical procedures and helping healthcare providers evaluate innovative technologies. You will work directly with surgeons, hospital teams, and clinical staff across your territory, providing product expertise, procedural support, and consultative solutions in fast-paced clinical environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales.
• Alternatively, 5 years of outside sales with proven quota attainment in B2B or territory-based selling.
• Must be able to provide in-person support during evaluations and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel across territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell neurosurgical products across assigned territory.
• Support product evaluations, surgical procedures, and clinical demonstrations.
• Educate surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals on product applications and data.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and territory growth initiatives.
• Track sales activity and territory performance using approved tools.
• Coordinate case coverage and on-site support during procedures.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans.
