Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a field-based Sales Representative for Western Massachusetts (Neurosurgical). You will promote neurosurgical products, support surgical cases, and educate clinicians on clinical and economic value.

Travel across a defined territory with ongoing collaboration with regional leadership to drive growth. The role emphasizes building trusted relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and health systems while achieving sales goals and providing on-site support for procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical devices, healthcare, or consultative sales.
• Alternative: 5+ years in outside sales or territory-based selling with a track record of meeting goals.
• Willingness to travel and provide in-person support in clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell neurosurgical products across an assigned territory to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Support product evaluations, surgical procedures, and clinical demonstrations in operating rooms and procedures.
• Educate surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals on product applications and economic value.
• Build relationships with hospitals, health systems, surgeons, and clinical stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and coordinate case coverage and territory plans.
