Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with outside sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments.
• Minimum 5 years of professional outside or territory-based selling with a track record of meeting performance goals.
• Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell neurosurgical products across an assigned territory to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Support product evaluations, procedures, and demonstrations in operating rooms.
• Educate surgeons and healthcare professionals on product applications, data, and value.
• Build relationships with hospitals, health systems, surgeons, and clinical stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and territory growth initiatives.
• Track sales activity and territory performance using approved tools and reporting processes.
• Coordinate case coverage and provide on-site support during procedures.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans and execute objectives.
