Job summary

Stryker in Worcester, MA is seeking a Sales Representative – Neurosurgical to build a territory, work with surgeons and clinical staff, and deliver product expertise, data, and consultative support during procedures.

You’ll promote neurosurgical products, support evaluations and surgeries, and educate clinicians on clinical and economic value while driving account growth across your territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments; OR
• Bachelor’s degree and experience in a customer-facing, leadership, military, professional athletics, or another high-performance environment with interest in a sales career; OR
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in outside sales with a track record of achieving goals.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell neurosurgical products across an assigned territory and meet/exceed sales goals.
• Support product evaluations, procedures, and demonstrations in ORs and clinical settings.
• Educate clinicians on product applications, clinical data, and value.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, surgeons, and clinical staff.
• Identify new business opportunities and territory growth initiatives.
• Track activity and territory performance using approved tools and reporting processes.
• Coordinate case coverage and provide on-site support during procedures.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to plan territory and execute objectives.
