Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative – Neurosurgical to build and manage a territory by promoting neurosurgical products, supporting procedures, and delivering expert clinical guidance to surgeons and hospital teams. You will engage with healthcare professionals to demonstrate clinical and economic value while pursuing account growth and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments.
• Bachelor’s degree and experience in a customer-facing, leadership, military, or high-performance environment with interest in a sales career.
• Minimum 5 years of professional outside sales, B2B, or territory-based selling with history of meeting performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting neurosurgical products across an assigned territory and meet/exceed sales goals.
• Support product evaluations, surgeries, and clinical demonstrations in ORs and procedural settings.
• Educate surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals on product applications, data, and value.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, health systems, surgeons, and clinical stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and territory growth initiatives.
• Track sales activity, territory performance, and customer engagement with approved tools.
• Coordinate case coverage and provide on-site support during neurosurgical procedures.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans and execute objectives.
