Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a Sales Representative – Neurosurgical to drive neurosurgical product sales across an assigned territory. You will support product evaluations, assist in procedures, and educate clinicians on clinical data and economic value.

In this field-based role, you will build relationships with hospitals and surgeons, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate case coverage while aligning with regional leadership on territory plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years quota-carrying outside sales in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments.
• Bachelor’s degree with experience in a customer-facing, leadership, military, or high-performance environment with interest in a sales career.
• Minimum 5 years of professional outside sales/territory-based selling with a track record of meeting performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell neurosurgical products across an assigned territory to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Support product evaluations, surgical procedures, and demonstrations in operating rooms and procedural settings.
• Educate surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals on product applications, data, and value.
