Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative – Neurosurgical to drive field-based sales of neurosurgical products across an assigned territory in Hartford, CT. You will partner with surgeons, hospital teams, and clinical staff to demonstrate product value and support procedures.

You'll educate clinicians on clinical data and economic benefits, build lasting customer relationships, and pursue growth opportunities while meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years quota-carrying outside sales in medical devices or healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree with experience in high-performance, customer-facing environments and interest in sales.
• Minimum 5 years outside/B2B/territory sales with proven performance.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell neurosurgical products across your territory to meet sales goals.
• Support product evaluations, surgeries, and demonstrations in ORs.
• Educate surgeons and staff on product applications and economic value.
• Build relationships with hospitals, surgeons, and clinical stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and territory growth.
• Track territory performance and customer engagement with approved tools.
• Coordinate case coverage and provide on-site support during procedures.
• Develop territory plans with regional leadership.
