Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative for Neurosurgical products to support surgeons and hospital teams in the field across the assigned territory. You will serve as a product expert during procedures and evaluations, providing consultative sales solutions and clinical support.

You will educate healthcare professionals on product applications and clinical data, build trusted relationships with hospitals and surgeons, and identify growth opportunities while coordinating with leadership to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required with outside sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments.
Experience in customer-facing, leadership, military, or high-performance settings with interest in sales is acceptable.
Minimum 2 years quota-carrying outside sales; or 5 years outside sales with proven performance.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell neurosurgical products across an assigned territory to meet or exceed sales goals.
Support product evaluations, procedures, and clinical demonstrations in ORs and procedural settings.
Educate surgeons, nurses, and clinicians on product applications, data, and economic value.
