Job summary

Stryker is seeking a field-based Sales Representative for Neurosurgical (NS) to support neurosurgical procedures and help healthcare providers evaluate innovative medical technologies. You will work directly with surgeons and hospital teams, delivering product expertise, procedural support, and consultative sales in a fast-paced clinical environment.

You will build a territory, establish trusted relationships, and contribute to the growth of a leading medical technology portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• Outside sales experience in medical device/healthcare or high-performance environments with sales interest.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell neurosurgical products across assigned territory to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Support product evaluations, surgical procedures, and clinical demonstrations in ORs and procedural settings.
• Educate surgeons, nurses and clinicians on product applications, data, and value.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, health systems, surgeons and clinical stakeholders.
• Identify new business and territory growth opportunities; track activity and performance.
• Coordinate case coverage and provide on-site support during procedures.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans and execute objectives.
