Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative – Neurosurgical (NS) to drive field-based sales, promoting neurosurgical products across a defined territory. You will support procedures, educate clinicians on clinical data and value, and build relationships with hospitals and surgical teams.

You will collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans, identify growth opportunities, and ensure coverage during neurosurgical cases, requiring travel and in-person support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales in medical devices or healthcare, or related high-performance environments.
• Bachelor’s degree with experience in customer-facing, leadership, military, professional athletics, or another high-performance environment with interest in a sales career.
• Minimum 5 years of professional outside sales, B2B, or territory-based selling with a history of achieving performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by promoting and selling neurosurgical products across an assigned territory while meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Support product evaluations, surgical procedures, and clinical demonstrations in operating rooms and procedural settings.
• Educate surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals on product applications, clinical data, and economic value.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, health systems, surgeons, and key clinical stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities, account expansion opportunities, and territory growth initiatives.
• Track sales activity, territory performance, and customer engagement using approved business tools and reporting processes.
• Coordinate case coverage and provide on-site support during neurosurgical procedures.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans, prioritize accounts, and execute business objectives.
