Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field-based Sales Representative – Neurosurgical to support neurosurgical procedures and help healthcare providers evaluate innovative medical technologies within your territory. You will work directly with surgeons and hospital teams, delivering product expertise and consultative sales solutions in fast-paced clinical environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments.
• Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures in clinical environments.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory including but not limited to customer sites, healthcare facilities, and business meetings.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell neurosurgical products across an assigned territory to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Support product evaluations, surgical procedures, and clinical demonstrations in operating rooms and procedural settings.
• Educate surgeons, nurses and healthcare professionals on product applications, data, and value.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, health systems, surgeons, and clinical staff.
• Identify new business opportunities and territory growth initiatives.
• Track sales activity and territory performance using approved tools.
• Coordinate case coverage and provide on-site support during procedures.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans and priorities.
