Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Field-based Sales Representative in Neurosurgical to promote neurosurgical products and support procedures across a dedicated territory. You will engage surgeons, hospitals, and clinical staff with product expertise, clinical data, and economic value, driving case evaluations and territory expansion.

The role emphasizes hands-on support during procedures, relationship building with key clinical stakeholders, and achievement of sales goals in fast-paced clinical environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in sales
• 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments
• OR 5+ years in outside sales or territory-based selling with a track record of exceeding goals

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell neurosurgical products across an assigned territory to achieve sales goals
• Support product evaluations, surgical procedures, and clinical demonstrations in operating rooms
• Educate surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals on product applications and clinical data
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, health systems, surgeons, and clinical stakeholders
• Identify new business opportunities and territory growth initiatives
• Coordinate case coverage and provide on-site support during neurosurgical procedures
