Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field-based Sales Representative for Neurosurgical (NS) to drive growth across an assigned territory and support surgeons, hospital teams, and clinical staff with product expertise and procedural guidance.

You will educate clinicians on clinical data, economic value, and product applications while pursuing new business opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales in medical devices/healthcare or equivalent high-performance setting.
• Alternative: Bachelor’s degree with customer-facing/leadership/military/professional athletics experience and sales interest.
• Alternatively: 5+ years of outside/B2B/territory-based sales history with proven performance.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell neurosurgical products across your territory to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Support product evaluations, surgeries, and clinical demonstrations in operating rooms.
• Educate surgeons, nurses and clinicians on product applications, data, and value.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, health systems, surgeons and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and territory growth initiatives.
• Track sales activity and territory performance using approved tools and processes.
• Coordinate case coverage and provide on-site support during procedures.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to plan territory strategies and priority accounts.
