Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats.

Responsabilités

• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
• Check patient into the electronic medical record.
• Address patients questions or needs.
• Review MD visit orders to manage care (referrals, follow-up, tests, medications).
• Print paperwork for patient education and test instructions.
• Check patient out of the electronic medical record at completion of visit.
• Support department and organization goals as a team player.
