Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, schedule appointments, and maintain records.
• Check patients into the electronic medical record and review forms.
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate staff.
• Process patient check-out and ensure accurate billing information.
• Support HIPAA privacy and security requirements at all times.
