Job summary

Ipsen seeks a Neuroscience Specialty Representative to join a nationwide sales team. You will promote Ipsen’s neuroscience and preventive migraine products to healthcare providers and pharmacists, ensuring safe and effective use and compliant promotion across the territory.

The role requires a B.S./B.A., 3+ years pharma sales experience, strong communication, and ability to travel. Health literacy and professional relationships are essential for success.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 3+ years of experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative.
• Experience in neuroscience area preferred.
• Experience promoting preventive treatments for migraine preferred.
• Experience promoting toxins for therapeutic indications preferred.
• Ability to manage promoting pharmaceutical products in a buy-and-bill environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to travel as needed for business.
• Computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Attain designated goals for calls on appropriate HCPs to communicate balanced information on Ipsen’s products.
• Execute calls on HCPs and pharmacists to provide product information and ensure product availability in the territory.
• Conduct in-depth conversations with physicians using multiple data sets across indications.
• Navigate complex hospital and healthcare organization structures.
• Manage territory with prioritization, daily call reporting, and sample accountability; develop and execute business plans.
• Complete administrative requirements including budgets, logins, sample accounting, and expense reports on time.
• Comply with all laws, regulations, and Ipsen policies in communications and activities.
