Job summary

Ipsen seeks a Neuroscience Specialty Representative to join a nationwide sales team. You will manage a defined territory, engage healthcare providers and pharmacists, and communicate product information clearly to support safe prescribing.

The role requires a B.S. or B.A. degree and at least 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with neuroscience and migraine experience strongly preferred. Travel as needed and compliant selling practices are essential.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience in neuroscience is strongly preferred.
• Experience promoting preventive migraine treatments preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Attain the designated goals for calls on appropriate HCPs to communicate balanced, accurate, and complete information on Ipsen’s products.
• Execute calls on HCPs and pharmacists to provide product information and to assure the availability of Ipsen’s products in the territory.
• Conduct in-depth conversations with physicians and other HCPs utilizing multiple data sets across a broad base of approved product indications.
• Navigate through complex organization structures including hospitals and healthcare communities.
• Manage the territory in an efficient and orderly manner, developing and executing effective business plans.
• Demonstrate completion of administrative requirements within timelines and company guidelines.
• Comply with all laws, regulations and Ipsen policies relating to all job activities.
• Travel as needed for business.
