Job summary

Ipsen is seeking a Neuroscience Specialty Representative to join a nationwide sales team. The role focuses on developing and managing a territory, with emphasis on communicating product information to physicians and pharmacists to support safe and effective use.

The ideal candidate has a B.S./B.A. and 3+ years in pharmaceutical sales, with neuroscience and migraine experience preferred. Travel to HCPs and hospitals will be required, with a base salary range noted below.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 3+ years of experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative.
• Experience in neuroscience area is strongly preferred.
• Experience promoting preventive treatments for migraine preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed for business.

Responsibilities

• Attain the designated goals for calls on appropriate HCPs to communicate balanced, accurate, and complete information on Ipsen’s products.
• Execute calls on HCPs and pharmacists to provide product information and ensure product availability in the territory.
• Conduct in-depth conversations with physicians and other HCPs utilizing data across approved product indications.
• Navigate complex hospital and healthcare organization structures to manage the territory effectively.
• Develop and execute business plans; manage budgets, logins, sample accounting, and expense reporting.
