Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; PhD/PharmD/Master’s preferred.
• 4-5 years of medical/scientific publications experience; pharma industry experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior audiences.
• Knowledge of publication regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Publications Team(s) for assets and drive publication plan execution.
• Oversee tactical execution of publications including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and oral presentations.
• Ensure publications align with Scientific Communication Platforms and strategic plans.
• Manage outsourcing budget and internal resources for publications.
• Provide mentorship and performance feedback to staff.
• Coordinate with external vendors to deliver high-quality publications on time.
• Maintain publication records and resourcing data.
• Address publications issues across therapeutic areas.
