Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical or related healthcare sales experience.
• Must demonstrate ability to score highly on disease and product training exams.

Responsibilities

• Business Planning & Account Leadership – use digital tools and data-based insights to create opportunities, develop strategy & tactics, allocate resources to enhance sales execution.
• Selling – deliver messages clearly, probe needs, handle objections, close with a call to action.
• Customer Development – build productive internal and external relationships, manage total office accounts.
• Local Market & Therapeutic Area Expertise – track market trends, map account linkages, apply therapeutic knowledge.
• Reimbursement – stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues using Lundbeck resources.
• Pharmaceutical Environment/Compliance – adhere to pharma regulatory guidelines and Lundbeck policies.
