Job summary

Lundbeck is a global biopharmaceutical company focused on brain health, seeking a dynamic Account Manager for a South Bend, IN territory. You will lead promotion of our psychiatry portfolio, applying clinical knowledge and sales strategies to drive performance across specialty and primary care settings.

The role requires strong communication, data-based planning, and the ability to travel up to 30–40% domestically.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience.
• Must demonstrate ability to score highly on disease and product training exams.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Use data-based insights to create opportunities and allocate resources to maximize sales performance.
• Deliver messages clearly to customers, probe needs, and close with action commitments.
• Build and maintain productive internal and external relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Gather market trends and apply therapeutic knowledge to uncover opportunities.
• Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues using Lundbeck resources.
