Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking a Neuroscience Account Manager for the Suffolk County, NY region to promote our psychiatry portfolio to psychiatrists and institutional accounts. You will execute data-driven sales strategies, build key relationships, and drive performance across the territory.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in pharmaceutical sales, strong communication, and deep therapeutic knowledge. Travel up to 30–40% and a flexible, compliant approach are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 4+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience.
• Must score highly on disease and product training exams with annual certification.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers and staff.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Driving is an essential duty; must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotion of psychiatry portfolio to Psychiatrist and Institutional Accounts.
• Execute sales and marketing strategies with clinical knowledge to drive performance.
• Build and maintain relationships based on customer needs and goals.
• Gather market trends and apply therapeutic knowledge to identify opportunities.
• Navigate reimbursement dynamics and payer access issues using Lundbeck resources.
• Adhere to pharmaceutical regulations and Lundbeck policies.
