Lundbeck is seeking a Multi-Specialty Account Manager for South Bend, IN to promote our psychiatry portfolio in specialty and primary care settings. You will apply data-driven insights to execute sales and marketing strategies, build relationships, and drive territory performance across the South Bend area and adjacent boundaries.

The role requires 2+ years of pharma sales, a BA/BS, strong communication and adaptability, plus a valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
2+ years pharmaceutical or related healthcare sales experience.
Able to score highly on disease and product training exams annually.
Self-starter with strong work ethic and communication skills.
Adaptability to fast-paced team environment.
Strong data analysis skills to align with business objectives.
Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

Business Planning & Account Leadership: use data-driven insights to create opportunities and allocate resources for sales execution.
Selling: deliver messages clearly, probe needs, and close calls with commitments to action.
Customer Development: build internal and external relationships aligned to goals.
Local Market & Therapeutic Area Expertise: map trends and apply knowledge to opportunities.
Reimbursement: stay informed on payer dynamics and address access issues using Lundbeck resources.
Pharmaceutical Environment/Compliance: adhere to policies and FDA regulations.
