Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a District Manager, Neuroscience to be based in the South Central Territory, covering Alabama, Louisiana and Tennessee. You will lead a team of Sales Specialists, drive compliant promotion of Neuroscience products, and develop a district business plan aligned with corporate goals.

The role requires a minimum of eight years in pharma or healthcare sales or related functions, with five years in sales leadership, and the ability to travel up

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license (US).
• Eight years of relevant experience with at least five years in sales or cross-functional pharma/healthcare roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and motivate teams.
• Travel up to 70% with possible overnight/weekend trips.
• Ideal location near a major airport hub in the southeast.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a compliant promotion strategy for Neuroscience portfolio across outpatient/inpatient sites.
• Lead and develop Sales Specialists within the district.
• Create and implement a coordinated district business plan to achieve sales goals.
• Partner with Neuroscience Sales, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to deliver on business goals.
• Provide coaching, resource allocation, and career development for team members.
• Analyze business performance and refine territory strategies.
