Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a District Manager, Neuroscience to lead the promotion and sales execution across the South Central Territory. This role supervises Sales Specialists and partners with Medical, Marketing and Institutional teams to drive access and patient outcomes.

Based in Alabama/Louisiana/Tennessee with up to 70% travel, the candidate will develop district plans, coach teams, and ensure compliant messaging while advancing neuroscience portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience, with 5+ years in sales or cross-functional roles within pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Willing to travel up to 70% and reside in the southeast preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote Neuroscience portfolio across outpatient and inpatient sites to HCPs.
• Develop and implement a district business plan to achieve sales targets.
• Manage, develop, motivate, and compensate Sales Specialists with proper resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Neuroscience Sales, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to meet goals.
• Lead demand generation with the Sales Specialist team in outpatient settings and care transitions in hospitals.
• Provide direction and coaching on approved messages and territory strategies.
• Support career development for representatives within the district.
