• Develop and execute compliant promotion of Neuroscience portfolio across outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Lead and develop the district Sales Specialists to achieve sales goals.
• Create and implement a coordinated district business plan with targets.
• Collaborate with Neuroscience Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Institutional teams.
• Provide direction to team for territory strategies and skill development.
• Support career development and succession planning for district representatives.
