Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a District Manager, Neuroscience to lead the South Central territory’s neuroscience sales efforts, guiding promotion across outpatient and inpatient sites while ensuring compliance with health care professional standards.

You will build and execute a coordinated district business plan, develop and motivate Sales Specialists, and partner with Neuroscience Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Institutional teams to reach ambitious goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum eight years of relevant work experience with five years in sales or cross-functional roles in pharma/healthcare.
• Ability to travel up to 70% and reside in the southeast near a major airport hub.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute compliant promotion of Neuroscience portfolio.
• Lead district business plan to achieve sales and results.
• Manage, develop, and compensate district staff.
• Collaborate with Neuroscience Sales, Medical Affairs, and Marketing.
• Provide demand generation leadership in outpatient settings.
• Coach Sales Specialists on approved messages and territory strategies.
• Support career development for representatives.
