Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a District Manager, Neuroscience to be based in the South Central Territory. This leadership role oversees the promotion of Neuroscience products to healthcare professionals and directly supervises Sales Specialists within the district.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years of relevant experience with 5+ in sales or cross-functional roles in healthcare, and be willing to travel up to 70%. MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• A valid driver’s license in any US state.
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience with 5+ in sales or cross-functional roles in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Ability to lead, inspire and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote Neuroscience portfolio products to healthcare professionals across the district.
• Develop and implement a coordinated district business plan to achieve sales goals.
• Manage and develop Sales Specialists with resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Neuroscience Sales, Medical Affairs and Marketing to meet business targets.
• Lead demand generation in outpatient settings and hospital care transitions.
