Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a District Manager, Neuroscience to be based in the South Central Territory. This role will lead the Neuroscience promoted portfolio across outpatient and inpatient settings and directly supervise Sales Specialists within the district.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years in relevant roles with at least 5 years in sales, and willingness to travel up to 70%. Preference for residence near a major airport hub in the southeast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience with 5+ years in sales or cross-functional roles within healthcare.
• Ability to travel up to 70%, including overnight/weekend travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute compliant promotion of Neuroscience portfolio across outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Lead and supervise Sales Specialists within the district.
• Create and implement district business plans with targeted objectives.
• Collaborate with Neuroscience Marketing, Medical Affairs, and other functions to achieve goals.
• Provide direction and coaching to improve team skills and performance.
• Support career development for representatives within the district.
