Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a District Manager, Neuroscience to lead a South Central district. This role oversees the promotion of Neuroscience products in eligible care sites, guiding a team of Sales Specialists and coordinating with multiple functions to meet sales goals.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years in healthcare sales or related fields, strong leadership, and up to 70% travel. A Southeast-based location near a major airport is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license is required.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience, with 5+ years in sales or cross-functional roles in pharma/healthcare.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and motivate others.
• Travel up to 70% possible, including overnight/weekend travel.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a compliant promotion plan for Neuroscience portfolio in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Lead district business planning to achieve sales and business results.
• Coach and develop Sales Specialists within the district.
• Collaborate with Neuroscience, Institutional, Medical Affairs and Marketing to meet goals.
• Drive demand generation and care transitions in local hospitals and outpatient settings.
• Provide guidance on clinical guidelines and product knowledge to the team.
• Support career development for sales reps and establish territory strategies.
