Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a District Manager, Neuroscience to lead the promotion and growth of our neuroscience portfolio across South Central Territory, based in Nashville. This role supervises Sales Specialists and requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to travel up to 70%.

You will partner with Medical Affairs, Marketing and institutional teams to deliver compliant promotions, build district plans, and develop talent while advancing patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license (US).
• At least eight years of relevant work experience with five in sales or related commercial roles in pharma/biotech.
• Willing to travel up to 70% including overnight/weekend travel.
• Residence in the geography or southeast near a major airport hub preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute compliant promotion of Neuroscience portfolio across outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Create and implement a district business plan with clear sales objectives.
• Lead, develop, motivate, and compensate district personnel.
• Collaborate with Neuroscience Sales, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to meet goals.
• Lead demand generation and care transitions in local hospitals.
• Provide direction and coaching on approved clinical guidelines.
• Support career development plans for Sales Specialists.
