Join a patient‑focused team developing treatments across neuroscience, including schizophrenia and bipolar disorders, and lead a district with a strong emphasis on compliant promotion and strategic execution.

This leadership role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years in commercial roles within healthcare, and the ability to travel up to 70%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license in one of the U.S. states.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience with 5+ years in sales or cross-functional roles.
• Ability to lead, inspire and motivate others to success.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%, including overnight/weekend travel.
• Ideally reside in the territory or near a major airport hub.

Responsabilités

• Develop and promote Neuroscience portfolio products to healthcare professionals.
• Supervise Sales Specialists within the district and manage a district business plan.
• Develop, motivate and fairly compensate assigned personnel.
• Collaborate with Neuroscience Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing to achieve goals.
• Lead outbound demand generation and care transitions in local hospitals.
• Provide coaching on sales messaging and territory strategies.
• Support career development plans for sales representatives.
