Job summary

Vanda Pharmaceuticals Inc. in Worcester, MA seeks a Neuroscience Account Manager to drive product promotion and account management within the assigned territory.

You will collaborate with the District Sales Manager, analyze local markets, and ensure access and reimbursement for our therapies while maintaining current clinical and competitive knowledge. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of pharma sales experience, a BS/BA with GPA >3.0, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• BS or BA with GPA greater than 3.0.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Must reside within territory geography and be able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Execute and promote products in alignment to sales strategy in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with the District Sales Manager on day-to-day sales and strategy direction.
• Analyze local market, develop, execute, and monitor performance to maximize product use in the territory.
• Maintain current product, disease, competitive and market reimbursement knowledge.
• Manage travel and promotional budget and ensure compliance with policies.
