Zusammenfassung

Vanda Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Neuroscience Account Manager to drive product promotion in the assigned territory and exceed sales goals.

You will work with the District Sales Manager to execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and develop market insights. You will maintain product knowledge, manage resources, build advocacy with psychiatrists and CMHCs, ensure compliance, and perform timely reporting.

Qualifikationen

• BS or BA with GPA > 3.0.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Candidate may be considered for the Associate role if experience is lower.
• Antipsychotic or orphan drug experience preferred.
• Specialty experience in psychiatry, CNS, or pain management preferred.
• Reimbursement experience preferred.
• Existing relationships with psychiatrists/CMHCs preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving history.
• Willing to travel; occasional overnights may be required.

• Execute and promote products in alignment to sales strategy in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with the District Sales Manager on day-to-day sales and strategy direction.
• Analyze local market, develop and monitor performance to maximize product use in territory.
• Maintain current product, disease, competitive and market reimbursement knowledge.
• Determine and monitor resource allocation within territory.
• Communicate effectively using advanced selling and negotiation skills to target audiences.
• Identify and leverage advocacy channels.
• Secure product access and reimbursement within institutional systems as needed.
• Manage travel and promotional budget and report expenses.
