Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a field-based account manager to drive product adoption in a defined territory. You will build long-term physician relationships and educate healthcare teams on Neurocrine products and approved indications, while collaborating with internal teams to align strategy and promotional activities.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, adherence to regulatory requirements, and flexible scheduling to cover weekday and occasional weekend events.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in science or related field with 4+ years in pharma/biotech sales; 3+ years in specialty therapy preferred.
• Master's in science with 2+ years in the field as noted above.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Neurocrine products in a defined geographic territory and develops long-term relationships with physicians and customers.
• Executes territory sales strategies via in-person and virtual communications to meet objectives.
• Educates external customers on product benefits and helps them learn about approvals and indications.
• Manages promotional resources and budgets while upholding ethical standards.
