Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a field-based sales professional responsible for promoting our neuroscience and metabolic products across a defined geographic territory. You will educate physicians, nurses and payers, manage key accounts and drive product adoption through targeted outreach.

Role requires strong relationship-building, strategic planning and ability to collaborate with internal teams while meeting sales objectives.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in science or related field; 4+ years pharma/biotech sales experience required.
• 3+ years specialty pharma or LTC, psychology, or neurology sales is highly desired.
• Experience with Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Promote products and grow territory through education and strategic account management.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff and payers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical science liaisons and operations.
• Maintain field presence Monday–Friday with occasional evenings/weekends.
