Job summary

Abbott in Jacksonville is hiring a Clinical Specialist I, CPT to provide clinical and technical support for Neuromodulation therapies. You will work with Territory Managers to strengthen accounts and translate complex data into actionable guidance for clinicians.

Expect after‑hours call support, in‑service trainings, and product education; travel up to 25% within the region; demonstrate strong clinical skills, communication, and multitasking in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years’ work experience in clinical setting preferred.
• Ability to communicate, understand and educate clinical data in Chronic Pain Therapies.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical clinical expertise and support to sales process.
• Assist Territory Managers with after-hours call support and activities.
• Develop knowledge of accounts, build relationships, and educate clinicians on Abbott therapies.
