Job summary
argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and is adding Territory Business Manager (TBM) roles to support upcoming launches and indication expansion. The TBM will work with the Neurology TBM team to drive demand generation among healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacy/infusion providers.
The TBM will collaborate with local and regional teams, align customer strategy, and deliver sales objectives in their geography.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology strongly preferred
- Local market knowledge is a plus
- Proven track record of high sales performance
- Adept at planning, organizing, and executing sales strategy
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and field-based partners
- Able to adapt to an ever-changing environment
- Experienced in product launches

Responsibilities
- Travel throughout assigned geography and supporting launches
- Territory planning and local market strategy development
- Collaborate with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional teams
- Engage with assigned healthcare professionals and staff
- Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives
- Utilize market tools and resources effectively
- Submit account plans and activity in CRM
- Adhere to argenx compliance policies and approved messages
