argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and seeks a Territory Business Manager (TBM) to support launches and indication expansion. You will work with the Neurology TBM team to drive demand among healthcare professionals, academic centers, and specialty pharmacies. Applicants should have a B.S./B.A.

and 5+ years in specialty or biologics sales, preferably in neurology. The role involves travel, remote collaboration, and a focus on market access, buy-and-bill accounts, and data-driven decision

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography as needed; overnight stays may occur
• Develop local market strategy aligned with launch priorities
• Coordinate with local TBMs and cross-functional teams to align engagement
• Engage with HCPs and affiliated staff to drive adoption
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives
• Utilize market tools and CRM effectively
• Submit account plans and activity in a timely manner
• Adhere to argenx compliance policies and approved messages
