Job summary

argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and is hiring Territory Business Managers (TBMs) to support upcoming launches and indication expansion. The TBMs will work with local teams to drive demand generation among healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacy/infusion providers across a defined U.S.

geography. The role requires strong collaboration, adaptability, and a patient-first mindset, with travel and full-time responsibilities in a remote-enabled capacity

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance.
• Adept at planning, organizing, and executing sales strategy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and field partners.
• Adapt to an ever-changing environment.
• Experience with product launches.
• Align with company pillars: co-creation, humility, excellence, empowerment and innovation.
• Candidates must live in Territory.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography with potential overnight stays.
• Territory planning and development of local market strategy aligned with launches.
• Collaborate with local TBMs and cross-functional teams to align strategy.
• Engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and resources effectively.
• Submit account plans and activity including CRM in a timely manner.
• Adhere to argenx compliance policies and approved sales messages.
