Job summary

argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and seeking a Territory Business Manager (TBM) to drive launches and demand generation across a defined geography. You will work with a team of TBMs, align customer engagement, and support healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty providers.

Successful candidates will have a strong sales track record in specialty or rare diseases, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to travel as needed while maintaining a patient-first

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology strongly preferred.
• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance.
• Experience with product launches.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout assigned geography with overnight stays as needed.
• Develop local market strategy aligned with launch priorities.
• Collaborate with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
• Engage with HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and resources effectively.
• Submit account plans and CRM activity in a timely manner.
• Adhere to argenx compliance policies and approved sales messages.
