Job summary

argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and is hiring Territory Business Managers to support launches and indication expansion across the United States. As part of the team, TBMs will work with local and regional colleagues to execute customer strategy, engage healthcare professionals, and drive demand generation in a collaborative, patient‑focused sales environment.

Successful candidates will have 5+ years of specialty/rare disease sales experience (neurology preferred), Bachelor's degree,

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography, which may require overnight stays, and occasionally beyond.
• Territory planning and development of local market strategy, aligned with launch priorities.
• Collaborate closely with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross‑functional team members to align customer strategy and coordinate engagement.
• Communicate and engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Effective utilization of market tools and resources.
• Timely submission of account plans and activity including CRM.
• Adhere to all argenx compliance policies, guidelines and approved sales messages.
